SALON COORDINATOR

iGlam Lash & Beauty Salon is seeking an organized and self-motivated Salon Coordinator to join its team and help create an unforgettable client experience for customers in the Jacksonville area. About The Opportunity

As the face of iGlam Lash & Beauty Salon, you’ll be tasked with delivering a consistently positive first impression to clients and will:

• Educate clients on salon services and products

• Accurately schedule clients in-person and over the phone

• Work collaboratively with salon professionals to uphold a seamless workflow

• Perform light cleaning duties and ensure the salon remains clean and orderly

• Greet customers upon arrival and departure in a friendly and courteous manner

• Address customer concerns and/or complaints in a prompt and professional manner

About iGlam Lash & Beauty Salon

iGlam Lash & Beauty Salon is a premier lash and brow studio in Jacksonville. Our salon offers a variety of services, including eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and eyebrow threading. Together with the support of our talented team of beauty experts, iGlam delivers breathtakingly beautiful brows and lashes. 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is preferred
