ARRIVAL: Please aim to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment with a clean eye area. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time of your service; if your service is shortened due to the aforementioned circumstance, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

RESCHEDULING: A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment w/o penalty.

CANCELLATIONS: As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 and 24 hours either by text, email or both. No call/ No shows will be charged 100% of the service price to the credit card on file. Reschedule requests received within 24 hours of your appointment are treated as same day cancellations and will be charged 50% of the service price to the credit card on file. This is to protect the time set aside especially for you, as well as to protect your stylist’s time and livelihood. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time and give you our undivided attention

FUTURE APPOINTMENT POLICY: To support our team and reduce revenue loss from repeated last-minute cancellations, clients with two or more late cancels or no-shows may be required to prepay 100% for future services. While cancellation fees may be applied, they cover only a portion of a stylist’s reserved time.

This policy helps us ensure availability, protect our team's income, and maintain the level of service our clients expect. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to clarify this policy if needed.

OTHER ARTISTS’ WORK: If you are coming in for a fill from another artist and have opted out of a lash consultation prior to your appointment, you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to the service being performed.

REFUND POLICY: You are paying for your stylist’s time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary touch up.. Any concerns addressed after 3 days of your service will be charged at full price.
