Appointment deposits are non-refundable.
You may call to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time without penalty.
Reschedule requests/ appointment downgrades received within 24 hours of your original appointment are treated as late cancellations and will be charged 50% of the service(s) price to your credit card on file.
No call/ No shows will be charged 100% of the service price to your credit card on file.
Please arrive with a clean eye area. (NO mascara/ eye makeup, concealer, foundation, lash glue or residue).
You're welcome to arrive early to cleanse your eye area, we do have products for you to use, just ask. :)
