At iGlam Lab Academy, you’ll learn from two passionate educators who bring years of experience, proven results, and a shared commitment to developing the next generation of lash professionals.

Charnae began her lash journey in 2016 and quickly built a six-figure career as a solo artist before opening Jacksonville’s first lash and brow salon, iGlam Lash & Beauty, in December 2017.

Since then, she has grown iGlam into the city’s top-rated lash and brow salon on Google, while training and mentoring over 300 students in classic and volume lash extensions. Many of her former students and team members now thrive as solo artists — and several have gone on to open their own salons across Jacksonville.

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in both lashing and business ownership, Charnae brings practical, real-world knowledge into every course. Her passion is equipping students not just with technical skills, but with the confidence to build sustainable, successful lash careers.
