Assistant Salon Manager

iGlam Lash & Beauty Salon is seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Salon Manager to join its team and deliver an unforgettable customer experience to clients in the Jacksonville area. About The Opportunity

As an Assistant Salon Manager, you’ll be tasked with working collaboratively with senior leadership to uphold the highest standards of excellence and will:

• Perform opening and closing duties

• Provide support with social media management

• Accurately process and record salon transactions

• Meet salon calendar capacity goals and objectives

• Remain knowledgeable about salon services, pricing, and policies

• Ensure the salon reception area remains clean and tidy at all times

• Liaise with technicians and relay staff concerns to senior leadership

• Oversee inventory management and place supply orders as required

• Promptly greet clients upon arrival and oversee the check-in process

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client concerns and/or inquires

• Deescalate situations and ensure clients have a positive salon experience

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience is preferred
